6 Sleeping Positions and What They Say about Your health - We all have a favorite attitude should eventually sleep night after night, but what does this stand for us, and more importantly, our health? You may be surprised to learn that our position at night can have a huge impact on the way we see – you could be doing harm?
1 Fetal position

This is the most common sleep position – 41% people say it's my favorite. However, it is also one of the worst for your health. It can cause back problems, with emphasis on the lower back, as well as common problems. Drs usually refer to avoid this position your shoulders and neck must be aligned during sleep. If you really can't avoid sleeping in this position, experts suggest many of the sleep with a pillow between your knees to relieve the pressure on the joints.
2 Starfish

As with the above mentioned again stand with your arms at your side, this is a good position for the back but can cause snoring and sleep apnoea. However, you can run with your arms above your head like this risk for shoulder pain caused by pressure on a nerve there.
3 Left side

Also known as ' log ', that's a good position to prevent neck and back pain and also reduce acid reflux. Although it is not good for something one is aging breasts! With any support they are left hanging that cause the decline. Sleep on the left side is great for pregnant women, it increases blood flow to the uterus.
4 Right side

Sleep on the left side can increase heartburn, even with sleeping on your left side, could be useful for people with back and neck problems. Unfortunately, you still have the potential problem of wrinkles and sagging breasts and if, thanks to that pesky gravity!
5 On your back

Although this is probably the worst position snoring, in terms of the health benefits it certainly outweighs the others. Sleep on your back are great at preventing back pain and neck – something many people complain without realizing that it really could be the cause of their sleep. It's also better to the concerns of most cosmetics, and there is less chance of wrinkles with a bit of pressure on the face and breasts are fully supported, limiting the retreat.
6 On your stomach

Bad news for people who like to sleep on their stomachs better – this is actually a worse position regarding possible adverse health effects. It forces your spine into an unnatural curve, which in turn put a strain on muscles and joints, which can lead to pain and numbness. This position also means neck forced rotation stand for several hours at a time, can lead to aches and pains, as well as an adverse effect on my breathing and circulation. However, it is not all bad news as sleeping on the stomach with the gift of saving one — you (or partner bed keeping you awake at night) much less likely to snore!
